Our districts are still in the dark on how to cope with the new school year. And now Cuomo has deepened the problem by withholding state aid payments due to school districts in July and August.

Our state's leadership has to develop a plan that is not only going to provide our districts their fair share of state education aide, but also ensure that the additional resources districts need during recovery are available to them.
